Her restaurant is an oasis with its clean tablecloths, sturdy, attractive chairs, and open windows all around letting in the salty breeze from the beach.

She is the pinch of salt that makes her rise above those I've been to recently. They have menus, but offer only beans on rice and, if I'm lucky, canned green beans. Her lunch was fresh sliced tomato salad and pan fried fish caught earlier that day. And a cold beer. Let me linger here a while.
