PALM SPRINGS
I was only recently in Palm Springs for the first time. I had gone to look at galleries while visiting friends. I had no idea. Every angle has a shot waiting. What a setting. Warm sun and blue shadows. High contrast with punchy colors, just the way I like it.
Of course the first piece had to be John and Rod's patio, Pool In Pool, where I spent so much time contemplating their view. In fact all of the paintings in this series can be seen from this patio.
